To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following house rules:
1. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time: 4pm or later
- Check-out time: 10am or earlier
- Late check-out may incur additional charges unless agreed in advance.
2. Guest Conduct
- Please respect neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, especially between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- No parties, events, soliciting, or large gatherings are allowed.
- You are allowed additional guests during the day, as long as the number of people in the house is reasonable and no additional guests stay over, unless agreed in advance.
- The registered guest is responsible for all occupants of the property during the stay.
3. Smoking & Fire Safety
- Smoking & Vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property.
- If smoking outside, please dispose of cigarette ends responsibly.
- Candles, open flames, and other fire hazards are not allowed.
4. Pets
- Pets are not permitted unless prior approval has been granted.
5. Cleanliness & Damage
- Guests must maintain cleanliness and leave the property in a reasonable condition. Charges may apply for excessive damage.
- Any damage or breakages must be reported immediately. Charges may apply for excessive damage.
6. Security & Keys
- Please lock all doors and secure all windows when leaving the property.
- Lost keys may result in a replacement fee, which will include a locksmith callout to replace the locks and keys.
7. Waste & Recycling
- Guests must dispose of rubbish responsibly and follow local recycling guidelines, which are provided at the property. Please keep your waste to a reasonable amount, proportionate to your stay and take any excessive waste with you.
- Charges may apply for excessive wate left at the property.
8. Additional Fees
- Unauthorised late check-out, extra guests, or failure to comply with house rules may result in additional charges or cancellation of the booking and removal from the property.
