Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Flexible Bookings

  • Cancellations made 60 days or more before check-in: Full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in: Partial refund of 50%.
  • Cancellations made 29 days or fewer before check-in or no-shows: No refund.

Non-Refundable Bookings (all standard bookings)

  • Some bookings are offered at discounted rates in exchange for a strict no-refund policy. Please check your booking terms before confirming.

Early Departures

  • If you choose to leave before your scheduled check-out date, no refunds will be issued for unused nights.


2. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed as follows:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to either the original payment method or by BACs transfer within 5 business days.
  • Transaction fees charged by payment providers or international transfer fees may be non-refundable. International refunds will be refunded at the amount received in GBP and we do not accept responsibility for any loss to due changes in the exchange rate.


3. Changes to Bookings

  • Guests may request booking modifications, subject to availability. Any rate differences must be paid by the guest.
  • Date changes requested within the cancellation period may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.
