Terms & Conditions (Guest Booking Terms)

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the booking and use of accommodation provided by Esteem Stays Ltd. These terms reference other policies and terms on our website, which include our Privacy & Cookies Policy; House Rules; Disclaimer; Refund and Cancellation Policy & Complaints Procedure. By making a booking, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made by individuals aged 18 or over. A minimum of one adult (18 or over) must supervise and be present at the property with any guests during their stay who are under the age of 18.

A valid payment method is required to secure the booking.

Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid before check-in.

Failure to pay may result in cancellation without refund.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must be made in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

No-shows or late cancellations may result in full charges.

Refunds will be processed to either the original payment method or by BACs transfer within 5 business days.

4. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in time: 4pm or after.

Check-out time: 10am or earlier.

Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Guest Responsibilities

The registered guest is responsible for all occupants during the stay.

Guests must comply with all House Rules and local laws.

Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges.

Noise must be kept to a minimum, particularly between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

6. Property Use & Restrictions

No parties, events, or gatherings, soliciting are allowed unless prior written approval is given.

Smoking and Vaping is strictly prohibited inside the property.

Pets are not allowed unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Illegal activities or misuse of the property will result in immediate termination of stay without refund.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

Guests stay at their own risk. Esteem Stays Ltd. is not liable for loss, damage, or injury sustained during the stay.

We are not responsible for service interruptions beyond our control, including power outages or internet failures.

8. Force Majeure

Esteem Stays Ltd shall not be held liable for events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics) that prevent or disrupt bookings.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website.
