What is Booking Management?
We position your property, establish the best pricing and strategy and then find you guests. We make it sound simple, but there is a log that goes into doing this well. We source customers from ‘channels’, which are primary Booking.com and Airbnb.
What is Guest Management?
Anytime any guest communications need to happen is Guest Management. This can be setting up the initial communication plan and strategy to suit your style and also any regular ongoing communication with guests, such as process, access, questions and more. Our super friendly team are all based in Hull and are on hand from 8.30am until 9pm.
What is Premium?
Premium is our top service with everything we do included, so if you read it on this website, Premium covers it. Perfect if you want a hands-off approach.
What is Self-Manage?
Self-Manage is an option for our customers who want to do all of the work themselves. If you have plenty of time and a good idea of how to achieve your plan, – but maybe not all of the expertise, we work with you to find fill in the gaps. Usually this is setting up your Channels, such as booking.com, which is easy to setup, but can be extremely hard to do well.
